Return & Refund Eligibility
You can request a return or refund within 3 days of receiving your order, but only in the following cases:
Damaged Item – If the product is broken or defective upon delivery.
Defective Item – If the item does not function as described.
Wrong Item Received – If you receive a different product than what was ordered.
Conditions for Return
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
- Proof of damage or incorrect items (images/videos) must be shared with our team for verification.
- Returns will only be accepted if reported within 3 days of delivery.
How to Request a Return or Refund?

- Share your order details and proof of damage/defect (photos or videos).
- Our team will review the request and process the return or refund accordingly.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 4-5 working days after the returned product is received.
No Returns/Refunds for:
- Products that are not defective or damaged.
- Items returned after 3 days of delivery.
- Used products or items without original packaging.
